Dec 07, 2021 / I-485 / Response to RFE Mar 21, 2022: I-485 - Case transferred to another office (from Lincoln Nebraska to NBC) Mar 22, 2022: I-485 - Case was transferred a new office has jurisdiction May 05, 2022 / I-485 / New card is being produced filed for I 485 in December last year. Biometrics happened in April. EAD and AP approved in first week of September and got the EAD card in couple of days. Green card approved with in a week after that. Wondering why did they send EAD card if they were going to send GC in a week. Feels like waste of money and resources 🤷🏽Timeline: December 15, 2019: Filed PERM application. May 14, 2020: PERM approved. May 29, 2020: I-140 filed, with premium processing. Could not file I-485 at this time, due to PD (which I believe was Dec 20, based on my PERM filing -- not totally sure of this) not being current. June 15, 2020: I-140 approved. Not too worried because folks on the forums are observing similar delays between "card produced" and "approved" (3-7 days) and as many as 3-4 weeks to get the physical card. Oh well.You may show your new Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), or your unrestricted social security card as acceptable evidence of your employment eligibility and an acceptable identity document, such as your driver's license.
